A dissertation of philosophy in an empirical overcoat!

I think I managed to write a dissertation of philosophy more than of empirical research.  And so I am at peace with this; joyful in fact.  I have always philosophised: this is the first time, however, that two grand academics have taken the time to read and evaluate my ideas with rigour.  I feel validated in my life’s journey so far, and proud enough to believe there is more to come.  Thank you to everyone on the MA in Criminal Justice, and to LJMU for providing the institutional framework, support, and direction.

And for once, a considered response on my part.  You have all taught me to stop shooting from the hip, and I can only be eternally grateful for this.
